ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT

This equipment is a guarantee of satisfaction in image and operation. This equipment is ideal for endoscopy, orthopedics, general surgery, urology and pediatrics.

All components work as factory.

 

RENT POLICY

The rent includes maintenance, telephone technical assistance and training in the use of the equipment.

Rent Requirements:

• Sign of Contract
• Minimum 3 months of rent
• Monthly Rent paid in advance
• Endorsement
• Promissory Note
• Payment of transportation cost

 

EXTENDED WARRANTY – BUY

FIRST.- The seller will exchange the equipment at no cost for another of the same brand and model in the event of a manufacturing defect during a period of 6 months from the purchase.

SECOND.- In the event that the client requires a change for a more recent equipment, the purchased equipment may be taken on account. The customer will just need to pay the price difference of the equipments.

THIRD.- This warranty policy does not cover repairs or changes due to fallings, falling water or breakdowns due to misuse, broken screens, broken lenses, damaged optics or any component of the machine.

FOURTH.- The seller will not be liable for breakdowns or deficiencies of the machinery when these circumstances occur or are motivated by its inappropriate use; or as a result of robbery, theft, negligence, accident or lack of maintenance recommended by the manufacturer.

FIFTH.- The seller declares that the machinery is free of taxes, duties, debts or penalties pending payment on the date of purchase, and otherwise undertakes to regularize such situation at its sole expense.

SIXTH.- The purchasing party declares that it has been informed that it is a used or semi-new machine, of the state of the machinery, as a whole and of its mechanical elements and fundamental components, its age and useful life.

SEVENTH.- Likewise, it is stated that the purchasing party has examined the machinery personally and directly or through a third party, and carried out, if appropriate, the tests that it has freely deemed pertinent.

EIGHTH.- The seller will be responsible both for the legal and peaceful possession of the equipment sold as well as for any hidden vices or defects, once full payment for the machine has been received, during a period of 6 months from the purchase.

NINTH.- Both contracting parties state that there is no fraud, bad faith, or error in the object thereof.
